That was actually a Form T trade from earlier in the session.
Often times these trades don't process alongside the normal order flow, and market makers have to post them after the closing bell. The most important factor here is that the only requirement of market makers by FINRA is that they must report all trades in a day. They are not required to do so when the actual trade occurs.
It was a trade for 34,846,000 shares at .000099 bringing the total daily volume from 76,677,555 shares to 111,522,555 shares
