Acquisitions happen regularly in the tech world. In the past, I compiled a list of all the competitors in this space along with their acquisitions. In my thouroughly researched opinion, Ultraflix is an acquisition target.
At the last shareholder meeting, NTEK discussed their relationship with elemental and two weeks later Amazon acquired elemental for almost half a billion.
