Binswanger Named Exclusive Agent for Sale of Two Industrial Properties Totaling 321,888 Sq. Ft. in Wichita Falls, Texas

DALLAS, TX --(Marketwired - June 19, 2017) - Binswanger has been named exclusive agent by Wichita Falls Economic Development Corporation for the sale of two properties in Wichita Falls, TX - 2801 Production Boulevard, a 181,764 sq. ft. industrial building on 37.5 acres with an additional 36 adjacent acre property available separately and 2400 Burkburnett Road, a 140,124 sq. ft. industrial property on 31.48 acres.

2801 Production Boulevard is an outstanding single-story facility featuring 6" reinforced concrete floor; concrete block and metal panel walls; built-up metal deck roof with foam overlay; ceiling heights to 24'; steel H-beam columns spaced 50' x 37' and 50' x 45'; all utilities; 100% dry sprinkler system; metal halide lighting; seven 8' x 10' dock-high doors with locks, levelers and seals; three 12' x 14' grade-level doors; one 5-ton R-D crane; 8,064 sq. ft. of modern office space; and paved parking for 250 vehicles. BNSF rail serves the area and a rail spur may be possible.
