In 1998 Francis Fytton and two partners started Internet Advisory Corporation with only $20,000 and created a $100 million business in only four years. He did this by raising over four (4) million dollars from investors and successfully taking his company public. Starting with only $20,000 he and his partners created a profitable Internet company building over two thousand (2,000) websites for companies throughout the US. After only eight months they successfully took the company public and received an initial $1.2 million in financing upon closing. Within three years the stock price had soared to over $8 and the company had a market capitalization or value of $100 million.
Since then he has started three other other public companies, which were later sold or merged. Mr. Fytton is a Director of Gold Coast Venture Corporation for the past three years, a not-for-profit corporation founded in 1984 to assist the entrepreneurial and business communities of South Florida.
More recently he has been invited to join the Executive Leadership Program at Florida Atlantic University’s Adams Center for Entrepreneurship.
Since April 2002 Mr. Fytton has served as an Officer and Director of Gold Entertainment Group Inc. He has over 18 years experience in working many public companies as a consultant and advisor, overseen many business expansions and assisted in corporate filings, capital expansion and share structures. During the last five years Mr. Fytton acted as a consultant to several public companies and private companies seeking to become public. In this capacity he has overseen the preparation of numerous registration statements, subscription agreements, SEC filings, prospectus offerings and general company information packets. He has also often acted as an Officer and/or director for several companies, aiding in their transition from private to public. He has conducted several seminars in the past 12 months on the JOBS Act and the new Crowd Funding and REG A+ regulations. He continues to consult with various investment groups and with both public and private companies in the US and other countries.
In 2016 Mr. Fytton became the CEO, Director and majority shareholder in Mayflower Investment Group Inc., a real estate company that filed a REG A + filing with the SEC that became effective October 31, 2016.

He is currently the CEO, Director and majority shareholder of Gold Entertainment Group, Inc. a public company.
