$ORRV McCusker Holdings Corp Files for Symbol Change with FINRA Jun 16, 2017
DALLAS, TX, June 16, 2017 /24-7PressRelease/ -- McCusker Holdings Corp (MHC) a leading national provider of help desk and warranty insurance has completed important milestones that included fine tuning the Article of Merger with the Nevada Secretary of States (NV SoS), and receiving final order dismissing the former custodianship in the Nevada State Court, and filing the necessary paper with FINRA to request approval of a symbol change. The request to FINRA when approved will remove our "yield sign," establish a new symbol, and finalize our name on OTC to McCusker Holdings Corp.
Today MHC is updating OTC supplemental information with stamped and approved documentation from the Nevada Secretary of State that accurately and completely finalizes the Reverse Merger and our corporate name to McCusker Holdings Corp. As a brief reminder, a Certificate of Correction and new Article of Merger that was submitted NV SoS simply corrected McCusker Holding Corp. to McCusker Holdings Corp in the Article of Merger filed earlier this year.
On June 15, 2017, MHC submitted all the appropriate documentation to FINRA requesting a new symbol change and an update to our new corporate name McCusker Holdings Corp. The forms submitted to FINRA are under review and contain all documents filed with NV SoS. MHC is in good standing with NV SoS, and has provided FINRA all historical and current information that will facilitate a quick transition to our new symbol. As MHC receives updates from FINRA we will keep investors informed on Twitter and through other press releases.
Next week MHC will update investors and staff on our new CEO, COO and other executive changes, in addition to our new Corporate address in the State of Washington.
