GREAT LINKS TO HAVE!!!

Here are some really good links to have if trading bio stocks -- shows every company and drug in trial,,where trial stands and dates of trials and expected date to market:

Before jumping into Bios make sure you understand what you are getting into. I am not trying to be a snob but Bios are risky at best and loss of equity is a real possibility in Highly volatile micro cap.

As an example as to where to start when looking at a company in which you want to invest:

CYTR: start with their website. Read all the SEC filings, PR and investor info.

This is a good place to start

http://cytrx.com/investors/presentations

The following site will give you catalyst dates (phase studies) so you know when price run up may happen. If phase two was good u need to be in well before phase 3 to be close to ground floor as possible.

https://www.biopharmcatalyst.com/calendars/fda-calendar

This site will also provide any company's SEC filings

https://www.sec.gov/edgar/searchedgar/companysearch.html

I also use Yahoo Finance boards, StockTwits and other trading boards. Never trust anyone on these but if you lerk a company thread you will learn who knows their DD and you can trust a little. Typically it is only a handful.

Google like anything else in the world now a days. Just read everything you can find. Old, new and in between. Make your own conclusions and stick with it until something new happens. Then re-evaluate.

If you are looking at Day Trading or swing playing this will still help you. Gives you an idea of when pops might happen. The old adage of buy the rumor sell the news certainly applies to Bios. Just be careful...

I wish I always took this advise but sometimes I trade (short term) by looking at a chart,,,sometimes these are clear as to direction
