UPDATED OUTSTANDING SHARE COUNT AS OF JUNE 15, 2017
Since the April 28, 2017 update, the Outstanding Share Count has increased by 1,430,914,090 shares
The present Outstanding Share Count (as of June 15, 2017) resides at 5,306,974,210 shares which is no where near a previously estimated figure on another forum (that moron Sprycel's) - and - certainly no where near maxing out the A/S which stands at 10B shares
So there is no reason to institute a Reverse Stock Split now or any time within the next 2+ quarters.

A market cap of $387,606 for a company that is acquiring Cresent Construction (revenues of $10,000,000 for 2017)is insanely cheap by any fair valuation metric.
We are all awaiting news from Intelligent Highway Solutions.
This news can come at any time (hopefully next week or the week after, as per Investor Relations Paul Knopick)
He's just waiting for the green light/approval from the company.

As far as the remaining CD note holder conversions, they'd be pretty foolish to continue hitting bids and larding offers.
Their best bet is to cease the conversions and let this head north many tier levels prior to monetizing.
