In searching for a clue as to what caused so many

It seems that the CEO, COO and President of Framepool all stepped down and were replaced. This must have occurred within the past few days because I check the Framepool website often

Dr. Stephan Bleek was the founder and CEO of Framepool. He is no longer. He apparently resigned after his long tenure of 16+ years and was replaced by Mica Imamura
Christopher Petzel doesn't appear to be listed on the following "Corporate Information" page any longer either.
http://footage.framepool.com/en/corporate-information/
It used to say: Board of Directors: Dr. Stephan Bleek, Christopher Petzel
It doesn't anymore.
I remember coming across a filing (cant recall where and I'm trying to locate it online) where it said that Christopher Petzel was removed from a position within the company. This was about 2 months ago that I saw it but didn't understand why, and just assumed they didn't want him to have a position. He may be the "owner" of 86.6% of the equity, but that doesn't necessarily make him a corporate officer. So I didn't try to read much into it.
Because BRSE owns 86.6% of Framepool AG, why wouldn't shareholders have been made aware that the CEO, COO, President and Christopher Petzel stepped down from their positions at the company?
Obviously all of this occurred during the period of time where Framepool was seeking to file Insolvency. My interpretation was that Chris didn't want to remain as a corporate officer while this process was being implemented, as it may hold him to certain liabilities.
Could be a reason why the shares have been having so much of an overhang over the past week or so.
After distributing many shares from .0001 to .0005 months ago, and the remainder today, I no longer hold a position here - but I do monitor the progress of the company, as I have always done and will continue to do.
These are just the facts as I see them presently.
And no, I'm not a seller turned ba$her. I was merely looking things over after informed that BRSE was re-tooling their website after the emaji.com domain shut down, and decided to check out Framepool's site.
Good luck everyone
