Copy of a post I put on iHub in response to a repeat $DIGX trader.
It doesn't matter how long the waiting period is to serious traders who understand where the bottom is and have loaded accordingly and taken steps to stop others getting any / much at the same price.
Also, I would not agree that the quiet periods are "typically many months". As already stated, it is 4>8 weeks at the most to the filing of the 2017 Q2 with the possibility of either deep pockets running it up early to guarantee getting the balance of the shares they want for the 3 more runs between now and the end-2017 report or an update at any time on the progress of acquisitions expanding one or both brands in the $DIGX portfolio.
I would not be surprised to see $DIGX put out a PR later in the month giving an indication of the continuing increasing revenue and profits - with an estimate of the date by which official filing will be done - along with an update on expansion plans at the same time. That's what they have done before.
