using Friday's 5/26/17 close of 1.54, and referring to the financing agreement with LPC, the company can sell up to 200,000 shares per day to LPC to raise capital for 2018, this translates to $308,000 per day currently, so to finance all of 2018 at the current burn rate of a mere $330,000 per month, it would take only 13 days, and the issuance of approx. 2.5 million shares, this is approx. additional 3% dilution
as the share price rises into the 2's and 3's and eclipses the 2012 high of 3.33, the dilution lessens, for example at 3.33, LWLG would only have to issue an additional 1.2 million shares to provide cash adequate to finance all of 2018, this is a mere 1.7% dilution
the S-1 registration statement give LWLG the right to issue up to 5 million shares to LPC per the financing agreement, it does not require LWLG to issue a single share to LPC of the 5 million being registered, this gives LWLG the flexibility to raise funds from other sources, the exercise of warrants is now occurring, the latest 10Q showing $.5 million raised from such warrant exercise subsequent to 3/31/2017, and Dr Lebby has already commented that for purposes of ramping production, his Rolodex of contacts could be accessed, and I'm sure the same could be said for Dr Leonberger and Dr Miller! Look these names up and be prepared to be amazed!
