(OTCQB: CIIX) this morning announced that it has incorporated CBD Biotechnology Inc. in British Columbia, Canada. “I am delighted about the incorporation of CBD Biotechnology Inc.,” Warren Wang, founder and CEO of CIIX, stated in the news release. “The incorporation of CBD Biotechnology Inc. is a promising step forward towards CIIX’s goals to enter the medical marijuana industry.
