Questions and answers to consider:
Since the company is quiet on the matter are there any other actions that would give investors a clue?
Will Mann have to stop buying at some point before a positive announcement on the Trial?
Answer:
The announcements of pre-clinicals on Kidney Disease, Non-Alcoholic Steatohepatitis, and Critical Limb Ischemia were a strong vote of confidence in the new and improved technology. However I don't know if this positive action by ENDV can be used as a tell regarding completion of the Heart Trial.
Nobody's heard anything because they aren't saying a word either way. We are all going to find out at the sane time....with a press release. I'm personally giving them until mid July before I start wondering what the hay is up.
I've asked that same "still on time?" question to them and it gets the same response everything else does....
It'll come in an 8-k or press release.
It's all subjective, man.
2 people could see the same things totally different
One could look at the new trials starting up as positive, because they know the device is doing great in heart trials and coming to a close so they are putting new trials underway.
And the other could look at it as they are trying to get more things going because the heart trials aren't doing good.
All depends on how you want to spin it. No correct answer as of now.
I personally believe everything is going great and news is imminent in the next few weeks.
Question about Mann's purchasing.
I was under the impression that an officer of the company would have to set up a purchasing plan ahead of time to minimize the potential to make purchases after he receives insider information. If that is the case couldn't his purchases continue even if results are received if they are part of the filed plan?
Answer:
Mann will definitely have to stop purchasing once the final results are in.
