Again, NEVER said ALL THE VOLUME, where do you get that? I THINK it is SOME. Also, may I please be clear I do NOT think management of this company is behind or a part of ANY of this. I am simply trying to point out there HAS BEEN A PATTERN and that I think someone at CDEL has realized and is exploiting this! I also NEVER made any claim or hinted at the company being forced to sell any shares. I truly hope you are right and that they will not use Aspire anymore, however I do not think so. The company views the Aspire financial agreement as money in the bank. As far as the private placement it was for, I'm sure you will correct me if i'm wrong, only 2.2 million. we burned through 3 million from aspire last quarter. doesn't that leave us needing more money and having to sell more to aspire by the end of this quarter if we burn through the same amount of cash? This all only affects short term however, as once we get our first deal the gloves are off and none of this will matter.

PS. I also believe that if the company truly does stop using aspire CDEL & / or whoever is shorting us to oblivion will short themselves into a short squeeze, otherwise we await our first deal.

PSS. again this is an opinion and am man enough to admit I may be wrong, and if the next Q comes out and they have not sold any shares to ASPIRE I will be very happy to admit so; however I am also slightly childish and will most likely make a point of pointing that info out. However seeing as how we both want what is best for the company, how about we put a pin in this discussion until the next Q? (which hopefully we will be celebrating our new partners / wealth and will have forgotten this little spat)

PSS. Do you have an issue with me or is it simply you disagree with my assessment that much?
