For the last year the price has been steadily rising. In fact the upward trend is over a year long at this point.
Short fluctuations up or down.... are not indicative of the confidence that we have observed.
The 1 and 2 year graph shows a continuous upward trend.
The 1 Year graph is all you need to see the trend is still going up long term.
The PPS may show some impatience short term moments, but no one thinks these law firms are going to lose. On the contrary, it's just a matter of time until the wins start to roll in with a rapidly progressive launching of new suits and settlements as time goes on.
