By the way, where is the 10K???!!!

Very bullish am I on the long term prospects for RFMK and confident in the management team am I, but I must say, the 10K was promised in "weeks, not months" back in mid August 2012 and the world did not end in 2012 and now here we are in 2013, but still no 10k.

It sounds like the 10K filing has been complete and with the auditors for some time now but for some reason the auditors are not signing off on the audit. Why? Why is it taking the auditors so long to complete an audit of a tiny micro cap start up company? Understand it, I do not. IMO Mr Allinder should provide shareholders with a shareholder update to provide greater clarity on the details of the delays. The 10K and audit is I think the top priority for the CEO, the company and for shareholders right now, so it would stand to reason that more color on the ongoing delays and failure to accomplish these business goals ought to be addressed. Long term shareholders who have supported the company for a year or longer have seen the O/S double and have had to double their positions in order to keep their stakes in the company intact, all the while suffering massive PPS declines. I think it would be prudent for the CEO to step forward with some transparency right now (not soon, now) and address the difficult questions and concerns for shareholders. We all can understand that the auditors are in control and it's up to them when the audit passes and only then can management move forward with filing the 10K with the SEC, etc, however in the interim shareholders are getting no details on progress or status. Shareholders deserve to know what exactly is going on with the primary corporate issues for the company right now. By the way, WE, the shareholders own this company. IMO the time for half measures and talk ("soon", "upcoming", "imminent", "expected", etc) is over, it is time for real action and for realized corporate goals to get accomplished. This company, product and potential services which RFMK could provide is great and I think really has the chance to become a success, but certain barriers need to be overcome for the company to move forward and for shareholders to see a positive ROI on this investment, and IMO the greatest barrier for investors right now is credibility and transparency, or lack thereof, which is a critical issue that we cannot disregard.

Do or do not, there is no try.
