My understanding is that "he" has help with his shoes, but the Rest is probably a permanent side effect also....????......Kinda like trying the same thing over and over and over....Looking for a different outcome....(....Mr. thesmalls....Jack Ass...)
Napa State Hospital, (Napa, Ca.) has walls around the grounds, but the gates are left open....Kinda like their own little closet, as long as they're behind their walls, they're content....
