From my observations my guess a hedge fund manager at citadel financial has realized that the company taps aspire at a minimum once a quarter sometimes more. Every time they do, aspire sells some o cover costs at minimum,, my guess is more. With that knowledge its simple matter of shorting and holding the stock down until the next aspire unload.
