Hello everyone
I'm relatively new to Investors Hangout but have been trading full time since 1995
Some of you know me from the other board.
It's extremely active there but a lot of detractors.
Anyway, I noticed this forum hasn't really had any activity and I'm not certain what to make of that, considering the volume over the past few sessions and today's volume of 667,000,000 shares.
Seems there's the usual overhang of shares due to recurrent debt to equity conversions of CD holders.
Arent any of you discussing our acquisition of Cresent Construction for USD $5M and their $10M in orders that are booked for 2017?
The 8k and 10k filings speak volumes about what's going on behind the scenes.
I loaded an additional 20 million shares today at .0001 and am slowly building a position here.
The company recently hired a new IR representative named Paul Knopick from E&E Communications. If any of you have any questions, give him a phone call or shoot him an email

There's supposed to be a shareholder update and/or PR out within the next week or two and the company has a great deal to say. From what I understand they are very aggressive about issuing statements. In my opinion, the shares are only a buy at .0001 until there's further clarity from the company.
