Just curious as to the differences in the date format from the PR and the 10Q. Why do they not stick to a consistent format to help us who get confused?

Could this mean third quarter of fiscal year 2017, 1st quarter of the year 2017? Did they start construction shortly after the PR?

4th quarter production would be consistent if construction was started in early 2017. About 1 year is sufficient time to build a facility.
