Good Morning,
I just wanted to follow up on this email as no filings ever came as you stated was coming at either the end of June 1st week or the beginning of last week. It's now June 12th and us shareholders have been waiting for any type of bone to be thrown our way that we can rebuild confidence in our investment. As I stated before many of us are down 70-80% or more on our investment and CEGX has just gone silent.
You stated that news, updates and filings do not help the PPS but that is just not accurate. Case in point is $PGPM Pilgrim Petroleum that after 7 years silent/dark has caught up on 7 years of filings, numerous letters to shareholders and PR's. This all in the last month. They went from a worthless .0001 to up over 1000% and spiked as high as .02. This company screamed up the charts past CEGX while so many of us watched as our CEGX investment tanked. Not a very good way to build shareholder confidence or show any loyalty to those of us that have dumped money into a company that went silent after pumping it for a few weeks.
This is the PGPM OTC page. They had 17 filings in 1 week to get current. Meanwhile CEGX cant do it in 2 months. https://www.otcmarkets.com/stock/PGPM/filings
You have a responsibility to update those of us that have invested our hard earned money. So far this has just been empty promises weekly of the news or filings will be out next week. They never come and the next email is the same. Always next week or the week after.
Please provide some type of update so that I may share it with very upset shareholders.

Eric-
The 2016 2nd QTR filing will be filed ether this week or early next week. We still have the same accounting firm, we merely changed our auditors as they were no longer handling OTC oil & gas companies. The new auditors have a tremendous amount of information to review but once the first Q is filed by them the other filings will go fairly quickly.
We cannot disclose information to select shareholders that is not already public information. The money we spent on press releases made no difference in the stock therefore it was decided to refrain from press releases until the company gets current with its filings.

To Whom It May Concern,
I am reaching out today as very concerned shareholder and also on behalf of others. Many of us invested in CEGX stock when news was released and the price was on the rise with promises of more news and filings to come. Since then Cardinal Energy Group has gone silent with no updates, filings or news releases to draw interest in the stock. Some of us including myself are down upwards of 80% of our capital investment. We bought into your company thinking it was a solid investment and have watched our hard earned money become a small fraction of its worth. I have watched today as the PPS drops yet another 26%.
Does CEGX have any plans to update shareholders, provide filings to get current and release a PR to draw interest in the stock. Due to the silence the interest and Big Money have all left.
Any updates would be much appreciated as it's gut wrenching to see your money plummet and stock become virtual worthless.
