$DIGX - June 12.
Nobody is getting duped into selling for a loss at .0002.
285M shares have been loaded at .0003 since May 25 by those who know the truth about $DIGX. Nobody is stuck and nobody is trying to get out.
The O/S is only 2,100,000,000 which is relatively thin for an OTC stock in this price range
The A/S is not maxed out and there is no need or intention to do a R/S.
$DIGX is a $2M+ per year revenue company with anticipated profits of $500K+ per year - based on continuously improving financials over the past 5 quarters - all of which have been reported on time.
It is irrelevant as far as I'm concerned whether the financials are audited or not. It is not uncommon for stocks in the OTC to have unaudited financials.
It is irrelevant that the float has been increased in the past - all the recent runs have been on the same or similar float.
Any selling by company insiders - at a rate limited to 1% per quarter iaw Rule 144 - as is their entitlement in compensation for executive services - is insignificant in the grand scheme of things. It is very obvious to experienced traders when it happens and they can trade accordingly. Most of the selling was done at .000845 and .001099 on the last run.
There has not been a paid promotion in the modern era on the current business model.
There was no front loading on the last 350% run - everyone had ample opportunity to buy at .0003 over several weeks. Nobody got .0001s and almost nobody got any significant amount of .0002s.
Everybody has an equal opportunity to load at the between run price now - .0003/.0004. Those that sit on the sidelines or bank on getting .0002s may easily end up without shares. The amount on the ask at .0004 disappeared in 2 seconds on the last run.
The 2017 2Q results should be out in 6>8 weeks. It is irrelevant what the daily volume is in the intervening period - those who understand what $DIGX is worth already have most of the shares they require for the future runs coming in 2017 and beyond. They willingly bid for them when those that were impatient or duped decided to sell.
In addition, updates on the acquisition of additional locations to expand one or both of the brands in the $DIGX portfolio - as clearly stated as the company's intent - could come at any time.
Nonsense / deliberately misleading information has been firmly debunked on the main $DIGX board where a contemporaneous record of what actually transpired during trading has been maintained for many months.
