This take down isn't like before in that we are NOT drifting lower due to dilution. The volume is low and yet we've seen a series of 10% loss days taking us into the mid .02 cent range. I think anticipation was high that we'd hear something following Cannes and we did, the Foxxum deal, but it obviously was not enough. It seems too vague and too premature as they are testing the app which we've seen in the past can take some time to clear all hurdles. Nevertheless, it has the potential of taking NTEK to the next level with content and eyeballs. So, we'll see.
As I look at 4K Studio's calendar I still see quite a bit of activity but very little uploading to UltraFlix through this month. That seems troublesome and leads me to believe that there still may not be any signed sealed and delivered deals with any of the movie studios. However, even if there are deals inked it would seem NTEK has been assigned the task of encoding, remastering, etc and based on current calendar activity it appears we may not see much in the way of uploading for the foreseeable future. If so, that would seem to contradict prior statements from the company suggesting profitable future quarters moving forward from here.
We're all just speculating but I have to believe we're almost certain to have significant news prior to the sh meeting likely scheduled sometime in Sept or Oct. Until then if the company chooses to do nothing and already weary investors stop the money flow into NTEK as seems to be happening, we languish back to the lows we experienced when the dilution was ongoing. While I think that's overkill and pps punishment, NTEK has had it's difficulties handling it's shareholders in the past. So credibility, whether we like it or not, is still an issue here. Couple that with an active bunch of scumbags who'd love nothing more than to see NTEK fail and here we are.
Bottom line for me, I believe NTEK the company is probably doing better than it ever has but that doesn't necessarily translate into a high stock pps. Until investor sentiment changes and confidence returns expect more of the same. That change is in NTEK's hands, they have the power to reassure shareholders and help rebuild credibility. The question is will they?
