This is the most recent email I got from investor relations
The goal of the company is to eventually uplist to a national exchange when the timing is right for the company and for the shareholders. Obviously at this given moment we currently do not meet the requirements. As we have discussed several times before I cannot give you some insight on the status of the trial or pending news that I am not giving to everyone.
