The food pyramid put out in 1980 was changed in 1992 leading to the current diabetes epidemic. It is almost like murder by food. But, the medical and pharma industries are making a fortune of of it and it won't be changed, IMO

In 7 weeks I have not reversed my diabetes by ignoring the guidelines, but am taking 80% LESS medications. If i can lose another 10 pounds, by diabetes should be in remission. My high blood pressure is now in the normal range as well. The video below has maybe saved my life, or I will certainly live longer.
