FYI...Billing by SFOR to Microsoft for the Azure product is not a monthly or quarterly billing! It is a sale of a number of uses that is billed in quantity. When the quantity is used up, Microsoft will be billed for another quantity they choose to purchase at a rate that SFOR approves! That is (IMO) what was worked out in the settlement. Yes, the settlement is a one time agreement with a Licensing agreement which has an agreed upon amount of OOB uses. But Mark did not say that they would not purchase another (another quanity) amount of the OOB products in the future.
