could you please expound on your first paragraph, especially the last sentence.
In essence your saying that both management and the MM, that has chosen to represent the company, will set an initial ipo/pps.
If that is true, other mms and or the main mm should contact the company and shareholders to sell prior to the opening trading day. Now that would be interesting to see who, here, would sell and at what price. But, I would like to think that any/most of us would have the common sense to not sell low.Especially after waiting so long.
If people don't just jump at any lowball figure, this could open at .03,04. The new market maker is going to need shares and so will the new ones, providing they don't have any left over. With the way this was trading, I doubt any mms have shares in the long position.That should aid us Immensely.They sold the note shares and we're shorting the .0022-.0011 range for 6-8 months. Doubt they have any bulk and if We play it right, the ipo should be set between. 02-.04....jmho
