Doc, I am thinking that supercapicitors will have

Also to add to my comments yesterday, I really think the reason Squires is not 'rushing ' to market (for lack of a better term ) is that the market - the larger market that is forecast to explode next year and add a billion a year for the next 10 years - has to wait for QMC to start it up full scale. Due to the competition being locked into batch processing (a point insured by QMC recent patent), in the long run, they can only offer smaller quantities at higher production costs, dooming them to niche markets too small or specialized (application patent) for QMC.
In marketing, it used to be an immutable law that the first to market became the market leader (Hertz) and imitators (Avis) became locked into number two positions. The Chinese and other Asian manufacturers have changed that to the low cost, mass produced product can take over the top spot from the leader. So I see a coming Domino effect, as one company adopts QMC QD products, others will follow in one industry after the other, but the first to adopt will be the future market leader in that category. Yes, they won't be the first (Samsung, for example, in QD display) but will have the ability to supplant the leader.
