Wonder if the people with "delays", "glitches" and

Wonder if the people with "delays", "glitches" and "issues" had shares that were being used for short interest etc... harder to pull in and account for maybe. Mine were there before the market even opened. I previously called into all my accounts and verbably told the them that none of my shares are to be lent out for any reason.
