The legal shorting is good for the stock, the illegal shorting if abusive is criminal and the shorting done of CTIX/IPIX has been abusive. The FINRA numbers do matter and that is exactly why I post them. The SEC would not have asked FINRA to compile them if they did not matter. Credit Suisse and UBSS were fined millions of dollars for mis-marking trades marking short trades as being long.
The truth is those attacking CTIX/IPIX are not hypothetical bogeyman shorts and those folks goal is to bankrupt this company and steal every penny investors have invested in the company.
The minions of the shorts hate having me post the FINRA short volume daily because it shines a light on their activities and like cockroaches they much prefer to work in the dark and the less investors know about what they are doing the better.
We are blessed to have invested in a company with savvy management that is aware of exactly what is going on and is fighting back. Kudos to our management. In addition the shorts cannot overcome our science although I would not put anything past them including an attempt sabotage trial results.
I fully agree we will overcome these folks but it is important to understand just how evil they are. They want your money and will do all that they can to get it. They do not care about how many thousands of folks may have their lives saved or lives improved by our drugs, they want this company to fail.
So if my posting of the FINRA short report bothers you I suggest you put me on ignore because I intend to continue to post them as long as I am able.
I have Cancer and I want our company to succeed for multiple reasons but one of the things I am most proud of is this companies willingness and intention to take on the criminals and expose them for what they are.
