As soon as Trump said he would go under oath, 100%, I knew it was bullshit, 100%.......call it a learned response.

Mueller will invite Trump at some point for a little 'sit-down' in front of a grand jury, perhaps.

Grand jury or not, he WILL be 'sworn' and his presidency will be in mortal peril because his 'tangled web' was woven by someone less 'practiced' at deceiving successfully in government than he was in the corporate world.

In other words he's too old, too unfit, to remotely remember his lies. And you're right, his 'lawyer' will remind him of that fact, often.

And of course by the time Trump receives his 'invite' Mueller will have all of the answers, from others, to all of the questions he will ask Trump. That can't go well, end well, for Trumpy the Clown.
