They will not cover by Tuesday period. Impossible imho. They will continue to short until forced to cover. The regulators will not force them so what will?
Economics. The company has to hurt them financially. They won't for instance like having to buy back shares they sold for .90 and have to pay $30.00 for them. They would not like paying out a cash dividend to all the counterfeit shares they have created either. They won't like our moving up to NASDAQ but if we partner with someone generate a bunch of cash they won't be able to hold the price down long either and attracting institutional investors will not be appreciated by them either. A rights offering to existing shareholders as of a certain date would not be appreciated either. The science will be the shorts waterloo. Its going to be fun putting the screws to the shorts. Go IPIX!!!
