I respect your analysis and that's what makes this game
interesting...when to get in and when to get out.
I speculate based on similar situations and I can tell you, I would not
sell one share at .01.
I recently watched ACOL with just one big product order of 1 million go to .06
the day after it was announced,(That was from .005 with 3.75 billion
shares float) added to that is that was their only known contract coming for product....no forward guidance for future sales.
Now, compare that scenario with 3 selling product lines. A huge Nascar deal
for the Jerky, with C.K prod runs and additional Asian runs. Plus for kicks add
in more territories coming aboard before trading starts(ie Europe or any
new Asian territory that they are able to land)
Also,with the dealer program.If they add another 50-100 dealers for their products before trading resumes( at 25-35k per)=$1,250,000 cold hard cash for the territorial rights alone......THat equals ACOL sales with just that rev source.
Here is the big one.................No other micro company-penny will have
products., yes more than one, creating revenue. The revenue will be ramping
up Q to Q ,as they expand. (Unheard of in otc land) Each new contract/order/
territory gained will increase this exponentially......Add to that rumors, which will abound about C-stores/walmart type deals/territories,reorderes and that will jump it farther.
Beverage companies run.......Hell look at HJOE ran to .01,before halted,
on a rumor about a known company getting involved.(That was without
any sales or revenue booked)....Now add in several million in verifiable orders and people will get an itchy buy finger. If jamn java without any sales
can run to 7 dollars in 3 weeks, this can reach some crazier level than .01-.02.(note jamn/ the float was small at 100-200 million) but the point is the crazy valuation it ascended to.
Heck, Gene needs this just to eclipse .03 just to break even on $800,000
in loans to the company, with his stock. I Cant see him not cashing in at some
point.
Those who sell immediately, I believe will get dusted here. The market inst going to let just those who bought before the darkness to make money. A whole group of big money speculators will gobble up large amounts from the beginning. After they have the shares, they will push it higher.....and it
could be very high...
I don't see it having that mega run to the .20-.30 range. But, given other
beverage companies runs and comparing them with news/accomplishments, HJOE should run farther based on proven results and sustainable growth q to q. (I have rarely seen a penny do that)
As GS has mentioned. The story that this would have coming back would cause a feeding frenzy. Penny percentage gains allow some to bank
large amounts of cash, in a short period of time. BIG players and small
will hear about this and salivate on opening day to grab fist fulls, knowing in a week or two that news and more publicity/eyes should cause a monumental move. The free publicity this should garner on mbs should be epic, as well as the ensuing run.
You are right, there are a lot of uncertains here. But, one thing I am certain of
is that this will have more documented revenues and growing product lines than any similar sub penny stock that has had a titanic run. This wont be a typical rumor with a pump. This will have merit behind it.(Tons of it) That alone will get pumped by swing traders and big money....Real company.real products,real revenues,real partnerships, and real GROWTH.
I could be wrong, But I still see my .10-.18 scenario. I was in smtr once,
and I sold at .03 from .0098, thinking the float was to high at 4.5 billion
and that their two OEM deals for 600,000 and one for 1,000,000 didnt justify anything more/pps wise.I watched in disbelief as it ran to .25.It stayed their for a couple weekstoo. It made me sick, that I used logic and had a quick itchy finger. It still does to this day. I will take a wait and see approach week 1. Im not missing a major run.....If I lose out at a cent and it falls back so be it.
JMHO- Reading your post again, I am wondering if you think it will run for a
while and then settle back to .01 and below or if you think that will be the run.
If we are trading billions, I assume you think it will jump upward. If it does a billion in a day, the pps should easily move +.02-.08 on that type of volume....

run, I respect your conservative nature. I am very conservative on pps
evaluations. I just believe this is going to have a lot of wind behind its sales.
Just the mb gossip the month/months before trading should be larger than life. That should drive this the first week through the roof.
