the shares still exist-apparently brad couldnt declare bankruptcy where longs as unsecured creditors would possibly get some compensation for their shares-but not likely in this case bc brads backer apparently took all of the ilia revenues which brad is required to recover on behalf of cwrn but no evidence he even tried
and brad cant declare cwrn bankruptcy bc he apparently only made a down payment on cwrn and if thats true only paid for a small part of cwrn- he never even updated otc, nor apparently sec,nor nevada sec of state? so brad doesnt imo have any standing to declare bankruptcy anymore-an unusual situation
so our shares still exist- waiting for all the legal battles-which just seem to go on forever- to provide some clarity- and if bob has no intention of reclaiming the concession - we may be dealing w some other entity that 'buys' it (leases the concession for 50 years,renewable for another 50 yr period)
what happens then i dont know but our shares will still exist until litigated w possible compensation in this strange situation-
and as per the otherwise deeply flawed May 2013 PR that concession is the only revenue producing asset tied to cwrn and thus our shares- dont know how that would workout as i just said,but as with other possibilities i've posted its not over til the fat lady sings as Nostradamus said recently-
until and if all the lawsuits from which stockholders could recover money are dismissed without providing any compensation to holders- it would not take much compensation from any of the scenarios i've described to exceed the value of our stock at the present pps-even without a shareholder suit against brad. Navial has apparently never shipped so dont know how brad can afford attorney fees for the many lawsuits we've followed (not even counting other apparent lawsuits against brad that we arent following)
but its hard to flesh out scenarios in a vacuum and
without any determined cwrn owner,once the suits are settled or finished there may still be no declared cwrn owner- brad doesnt have the concession and will not have- so at some point if theres a new owner of the concession they may have to deal w/inherit the cwrn legal structure (sometimes called a shell) and/ or more likely the still existing cwrn shares- at some point they have to be dealt with or there could be undue uncertainty for a new baja 14 concession owner-just thinking aloud as i always do-often in a vacuum
others are always free to search out the over 32000 mexican mining concessions (as i did recently to verify brad no longer has the concession)- i did find the current (as of 2015 or maybe 1 yr earlier-navial concessions paid for in 2013 or 2014? would still show until at least 1yr from date paid
