Yeah, they talked about Q2 and now they "pushed it back" to Q3 -- but in the meantime they were negotiating a deal with a new, big, legit German company.
It should be pretty clear and obvious NOW as to why they pushed it back to Q3 -- because they were negotiating with somebody bigger and better... Somebody who can get those sales started.
