Welch joins ThreatMetrix with extensive enterprise business development, operations and customer success experience. He has established global customer service departments at several high-tech organizations.
Welch's career spans over 30 years, during which time he has held a range of senior leadership positions at high-growth companies. In this new role, he will be responsible for all worldwide service initiatives, including advancing product engagement and driving total customer satisfaction.

After Unify Corporation, Welch built the services department and ran EMEA sales operations at Callidus Software, where he helped grow the company to a $100 million run rate and eventual IPO.
Other career highlights include working at data security company Vormetric and at Miratech Holdings, a corporate legal marketplace that was successfully sold to a private equity group. After Miratech Holdings, Welch held the chief operating officer position at HealthEdge, where he streamlined customer service efforts to help transform payor organizations into healthcare leaders. Prior to ThreatMetrix, Welch served as vice president of enterprise sales at Xactly Corp.
