I believe once an EU patent is issued there is a three month clock to register in the signatory countries, so there is no chance of it taking years to happen. Registration fees are due in any country chosen and I think they vary from hundreds to thousands of Euros for each country. For timing, Hong Kong may be a few months longer than Europe. Singapore is the country where NanoLogix had the IVD partner, not Hong Kong.
