If you look at the volume in the last three days, you can see that it was artificially taken down on low volume from .04 and there were three days in a row before that of 80-92% short volume that contained the share price on the Foxxum News.

IMO They desperately need people to sell and it's just not happening. They used wash trades yesterday, but that doesn't solve their issue because people aren't selling.
