The recent 8K for Cross-listing got me a bit thinking, that company maybe struggling as it's looking for VC and raising capital, mentioning other exchange markets.
Then I started doing some research, and as always Investopedia comes to mind, on topic of Cross-Listing: http://www.investopedia.com/terms/c/cross-listing.asp Especially this line: "But firms based in the U.S. may choose to cross-list on European or Asian exchanges, a strategy that may become more popular if the U.S. dollar struggles against major foreign currencies for a lengthy period of time. "
This looks like a strategic play; especially with what is happening in the US, this past 2 weeks dollar has weakened by a lot against its European counterparts, why I know? I have close family in Europe and my brother is going to Europe with his family end of June so currency exchange is important to him.
For those that do not see it, I think US is in for some tough times, there's too much uncertainty in all areas and those that should be strong "MMJ, Green Energy etc." are in limp mode due to current administration, thus leaving many investors holding back, while the market for these could be shifting more towards our neighbors and Europe being more receptive of caring for the future of our generations.
I think that is a great move, even with a bit of dilution, we'll have a lot larger exposure and not only to USD.
We have some experienced investors and traders on here too, I'd like to hear their opinion on this, but as truebeliever said, I think this will play out like a lottery winning for those that are patient.
