considering hjoe worked out a deal with the SEC and is in talks with the A.G., one has to think that if/when HJOE trades again, that this security will be under the microscope and highly monitored.
I'm sure HJOE has pleaded their case about the rediculous interest rates and shorting of the notes/stock by all note holders, plus the never ending manipulation.
It would be very ballsy ,with so many eyes on the security ,to have mms aid/collude the shorts. I dare say it may be suicide for the market makers, as the qs will be officially out and a much higher/proper valuation will need to occur upon inception/day one trading.
The instant hjoe tells us that they are beginning the re-filing process, the spotlight on this company will be great.Trust me, the mo mo and positive story/ sentiment will reach unheard of heights. People will be salivating to get into the stock upon open. Otc stocks with proven sales and increasing ones are unheard of. Big and small money will flock here because of the amount of shares they can buy at the open. (At .01,.02, the first day, all types of investors will be cralling over one another to get into this and with big lots.The blessing of having a penny is that a lot of money will flow into this(big and small)and move it sky high/in a short amount of time.
The watchdogs should be aware of all the things I've alluded to and hjoe has said too, especially given their prior discussion with those involved with trading of securities. If these guys aid one another, it may be suicide for their careers and backers. It's easy to manipulate a security where nobody is watching. I have a feeling, that if hjoe continues to grow at a good clip, by opening day all eyes will be on this game. Hard to fix a game when everybody is intently watching.

they are becoming harder to attack and by the time its go time, the detractors will
be seen for what they, as will hjoe. This will add fuel to the positive developments of the company. A mgt team that cares about their stock and company will be played by pumpers too. In the end, all the negative backlash will be proven false.That will really kick in the doors of positive sentiment and let this puppy run on day one/week one.
