we comment in regards to rumors and speculation that exist on the
message boards. We are working very hard to complete the Form 10
filing and the announced acquisition as well as set the company up for
long term growth.

I haven't heard anything more on the CSOC partnership. Although I thought I read something released by CSOC that stated they shared office space.
