I think I was wrong about my stand on short positions, a few months ago I laid out different scenarios as to why I didn't think there were any shorts, mainly because we were range bound, it just didn't make sense to me, but there's one scenario that I missed,
When we got shut down the SEC had planned for hjoe to start trading in the greys. If I were a short I would look at this as the perfect scenario. Hjoe opens in the grey at 0015 and within a few days we'll be in the low trips, yes any ihub era were drooling, but something happened that they never expected. Not a single share traded not one. Zero volume, then the next day in the greys. Not a single share traded again. Then something else unexpected happened. Sec shut hjoe down leaving our shares whole in our accounts. If this is the case then I would guess all shares including short positions are still there.
What has convinced me further isn't the constant bashing but the message they continue post, shareholders lost everything, shareholders will file a lawsuit, hjoe is going bankrupt. It's obvious they want shareholders to turn on the company, it's the only thing that can save them. But again the unexpected happened yet again, they never expected hjoe to have such a loyal base of shareholders. All I've got to say is Iglow as much as you talk about Shawn, I bet he's gonna bend you over the table and give it to ya John Holmes style. Lol your fucked!!!!
