The Company has signed a global distribution agreement with a major E-transport manufacturer in China to be the importer/distributor of its E-transport vehicles in every country outside of China. The agreement is for a term of five years. As a result of the agreement, the Company has received orders, accepted pre-orders, and booked revenue for the sale of these E-transport vehicles. Additionally, the Company has retained regional distributors in parts of the USA and is seeking more U.S. and is discussing distributorships in Australia and New Zealand and elsewhere.
In addition to the distribution agreement, the Company is working with two other Chinese E-transport manufacturers and has been granted permission to distribute their products outside of China.
Bill McKay, the CEO of TPAC was quoted as saying: "We are very excited about the potential for these electric transport vehicles. The E-bikes we are importing are really the transport of tomorrow, available today. They are 100% electric, green, convenient, adaptable, reliable and fun! We are at the beginning of the E-transport revolution in the USA and we believe that we will be a significant contributor to the market. Market studies have shown us that the contemporary design of our product, together with superior performance makes this E-transport appealing to a wide-ranging demographic, including cities looking for green transportation, commuters, boaters, RV users, aircraft owners, college students, sports-active people and anyone interested in improving the environment and having fun. A price point/performance analysis shows these bikes to be superior to anything on the market and the collapsibility of the E-transport gives them a wide appeal."
