That is someone's best WAG as to what may happen. I wouldn't put a lot of stock into what's being posted about DECN these days on the "other board" There will be plenty of info updated in the quarterly report due August 15th, or the company will PR as necessary any other major developments.
BTW - said poster rides both sides of the fence about activities of consultants in pink sheet companies.
