There are conspiracy theories and conspiracy facts. Some conspiracy theories become facts and some do not.
At one point it was a conspiracy theory that the tobacco companies were purposely misleading and manipulative in a way that was harmful to the tobacco user. Once litigated it was proved that the tobacco industry did manipulate and mislead the public and a settlement of $365 billion was awarded to the states since they had to pay for the medical costs caused by this "conspiracy". Now this conspiracy went from a theory that the Mississippi AG had to a conspiracy fact.
It has been proven in many prior cases that stock manipulation has occurred and that "short selling" is a primary tactic of the perpetrators.
Calling another person a "conspiracy nut job" is a tactic used by a person who has no real facts to refute the conspiracy argument, but instead would prefer to resort to the age old child-like arguments...
