Have you read the complaint? Do you not see the connection with the DTC and why they are not a defendant in the CRGP case?

Why did the DTC tell Alpine to pound sand before? I think we all got that answer now.
Can you feel that pressure mounting?....TIC TOC...got a feeling a major broker will be named as part of this crime eventually...

Cycle and clear unregistered securities illegally in the system and not take responsibility for those actions when you have a fiduciary duty in protecting your customers is a serious offence. The lives that get destroyed because of this crime has an exponential effect on future generations.
Not to mention what the government is not receiving and what posses as a very serious national/global threat to financial markets.
Do you remember that U3 halt via CRGP? That is rare! And yeah its that important! CRGP wasn't the only one...
