Cycle and clear unregistered securities illegally in the system and not take responsibility for those actions when you have a fiduciary duty in protecting your customers is a serious offence. The lives that get destroyed because of this crime has an exponential effect on future generations.
Not to mention what the government is not receiving and what posses as a very serious national/global threat to financial markets.
