To my defense, this is a number that I heard many times from many experienced people, and when Baltia had a market cap of about $100 to $120 million as it completed Phase I, the concept didn't seem too unreasonable.
There is a hell of a lot more involved in a cert 121 than just a piece of paper......you have to add into it all of the manuals, the staff in place, the business plan, the route authority, etc., etc.
It is probably easier to comprehend a $500 million market cap at the commencement of revenue flights than it is to explain an almost $60 million market cap now, because the only real hard "asset" that Baltia has at this time is a Loss Carry Forward from years of struggle.
