Get Real USA, Inc. [GTRL] wishes to announce that we are proceeding with the reverse stock split. The Company expects to be completed in April.
Mr. Also Taylor, CEO stated " In addition to this reverse stock split and the Form 10 the company will file (qualifying the Company for fully reporting status), the Company has developed business plan to be used in the Form 10 filing as well as for fund raising activities outlining the path of the Companys operations.
Mr. Taylor further stated I have completed the process of assembling a team that I believe will form a solid foundation for the Companys operations and success.
The Company continues to move forward, is exploring opportunities and will provide an update of its activities shortly.
