More passive aggressive bashing. I have known Mr. Jagunich for 20+ years. I knew him when he was a Director at MDIX/MXR. Mr. Jagunich left the BOD because he just grew weary of the constant bashing, middle of the night visits to his home and the thought that the bashing would be directed to his family like it has with Mr. Berman and his family. Directors at DECN do not get paid. Because of the wonderful shareholder base, being a director is no bueno.
In the end Mr. Jagunich owed penny trader shareholders nothing, not even an explanation which you received anyway. And now you have it. A 70 year old man, with better things to do.
