The report’s conclusions that marijuana does have legitimate medical uses are supported by scientific studies that show cannabis and cannabinoids are effective at treating chronic pain and that cannabinoid substances were effective for treating chemotherapy-related nausea.
With medical efficacy questions resolved, smart money is now looking for avenues to profit from this explosive new medical market.
