Warranty firm McCusker Holdings Corp sets sights on State of Washington
Lease settlement for current location will save $150K per year!
McCusker Holdings Corp, a warranty & service firm with an office in Colleyville TX, plans to open a new location in State of Washington in the coming months.
The Colleyville firm has finalized a lease settlement for their existing location in Colleyville setting the stage for relocation of management team members and certain operations, said Will McCusker, CEO of McCusker Holdings Corp. The move has reduced the company liabilities related to rent costs and will assist the transition to the new operations center in Washington. The firm expects the Washington office to open in late summer or early fall. It will initially employ call center team members - with hopes of recruiting more.
Colleyville offices were exceptional and a natural extension for the firm at the time, McCusker said. The new location in Washington offers a good pool of potential and existing clients, as well as talent ripe for recruiting.
The Washington States character also helped attract the firm to the new location.
"Being in Washington, it's just a great culture, very community-oriented, and a dedicated talent pool" McCusker said. McCusker continued to say, "Now that the company has moved to public status we are very concerned to keep our expenses and growth in check and provide better value to our shareholders, we will be making additional changes with our subsidiaries making sure every entity and operation is at peak with revenue production and managing expenses.
